Aubrey is an associate in the firm’s Memphis office. Aubrey defends claims filed against Class I railroads in federal and state courts, including FELA/occupational exposure, crossing, and trespasser cases. She also represents clients in federal and state courts on employment law matters, including Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and defending clients before Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) agencies. 

While in law school, she earned a health law certificate and was the founding editor of the Belmont Practitioner’s Guide to Health Law and Policy. Prior to law school, she earned a Master’s Degree in Public Health from The George Washington University.
