Elizabeth is an associate in the firm’s Memphis office. Elizabeth focuses her practice in the defense of claims filed against Class I railroads, including Federal Employers’ Liability Act, occupational exposure, and common carrier liability. Elizabeth earned her J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law. While in law school, she was a member of the John A. Campbell Moot Court Board, where she served as co-chair. Elizabeth was also a member of The Journal of the Legal Profession, serving as Managing Editor and was published in Volume 43 of the journal. She also worked as a research assistant for Professor Shahar Dillbary, a torts and economics scholar.
